The atmosphere is building at the first day of Tennent’s Vital festival as the crowds start to pour in the gates.

Ryan Sheridan is on the main stage whipping up a storm, soon to be followed by The Wombats, Ellie Goulding, Two Door Cinema Club and then our headliners The Script. The Wombats and Two Door Cinema Club were seen hanging out on site from quite early today, eager to get into the festival spirit.

The stage itself is the biggest stage Northern Ireland has seen, it took twenty-eight riggers and five days to build it. A multitude of stars will grace it over the two days of Tennent’s Vital. According to our artist liaisons on site the fare for the stars is extremely healthy, with most asking for fruit, sushi and organic food on their riders.

The Script’s headlining performance at Tennent’s Vital will be fans last chance to see them live in Ireland until 2013. The lads have been breaking all manner of box office records globally and garnering fantastic reviews for their sell out tours of Australia and The USA.
