A. Gates will open at 1630 on both show days.

A. All times are subject to change, however, each night will be finished by 11pm

You should have received your ticket within two weeks of the event, if not please contact the point of purchase.
Q. Is there seating at Tennent’s Vital?
A. All tickets are general admission; there will be no seating at the festival, unless you are a wheelchair user/ special needs patron and have purchased special needs tickets in advance via Ticketmaster. In this case there will be a purpose built raised wheelchair platform onsite to accommodate such patrons and free standing chairs will be made available for non-wheelchair special needs ticket holders in this area.
Q. Are there multi-day tickets available, or is my ticket valid for all days?
A. There are no multi day tickets available, your ticket will grant you access to the date specified.
Q. What is the Age Restriction policy?
A. Tennent's Vital is an over 16's event. However, a parent aged 25 and over can take up to two under 16's to the show. Parents will be required to show age ID & sign a consent form in order to gain admission on the day.
Q. Can you camp at Tennent’s Vital?
A. No, there will be no camping or camping facilities.
Q. Is there disabled access or disabled facilities at Tennent’s Vital?
A. Yes. We want everyone to be able to enjoy our events, participate, feel safe, as well as being part of the crowd. The following section aims to help you make an informed decision about attending. All disabled customers are welcomed at MCD shows, though please bear in mind it is a greenfield site. Stewards however, will be at hand to assist.

There may be use of laser and strobe lights at the event. Those persons affected by lighting should ensure they have sufficient time to leave the viewing platform/crowd before effects begin. Please bear in mind the audience may be very large and movement through the crowd slow. Please note wheelchair users may be requested to wait on the platform at the end of the show till the main crowd has left the site. This is for everyone’s health, safety and security.

A. There are excellent transport links to Boucher Road Playing Fields with nearby train stations and bus stops. Additional special services will be provided. More details will be made available in advance of the festival on tennentsvital.com. Register for updates and we’ll email you with all the information.
Q. Who should I send my band application to?
A. Bands will be programmed by the promoter of this event and unfortunately there are no further slots available.
Q. Can I bring my own food and drink to Tennent’s Vital.
A. No. However, there is food and soft drinks are available within the arena.
Q. What forms of ID / proof of age are acceptable at the bars?

A. A very limited number of pit passes will be issued on a first come first served basis
